Celebrating Columbus. Together. Responsibly.
614 Day is a celebration of the soul of our city — the people, neighborhoods, culture, and local gems that make Columbus shine. We’re all here to have a good time, support local, and uplift each other. To ensure this is a safe and positive experience for everyone, all attendees are expected to follow our Code of Conduct:
1. Respect One Another
We welcome all walks of life. Discrimination, hate speech, harassment, or aggressive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Treat your fellow 614’ers with kindness and respect — we’re one city, one community.
2. Celebrate Local
Support our vendors, artists, performers, and small businesses. Wear Columbus. Eat Columbus. Drink Columbus. Buy Columbus. When you choose local, you keep our city thriving.
3. Keep It Clean
Let’s leave our spaces better than we found them. Use the designated trash, compost, and recycling stations to help keep Columbus beautiful.
4. Stay Safe & Aware
Follow any posted signage, staff directions, and safety protocols. Be mindful of your surroundings, especially in crowded areas or when crossing streets. Hydrate, wear sunscreen, and look out for your crew.
5. No Hate. Just Vibes.
This is a judgment-free zone. Bring your best energy, your dancing shoes, and your community spirit. We don’t tolerate negativity or disruptive behavior — let’s keep the vibe alive and inclusive.
6. Spread the Love, Not the Drama
If a situation arises, notify event staff or security immediately. Help us maintain a fun, peaceful, and safe environment for all.
7. Have Fun & Represent the 614 Proudly
614 Day is what we make it — so show up with pride, rep your neighborhood, support Black, Brown, and local-owned businesses, and celebrate the culture that makes Columbus unforgettable.
By attending 614 Day events, you agree to uphold this code and contribute to a positive experience for everyone involved. Let’s make this June 14th one to remember.
